Before your first appointment.

You are strongly encouraged to contact your insurance provider (using the number on the back of your card) prior to your appointment to inquire about your mental health coverage. Appointments may or may not be fully covered by insurance.

What are my mental health benefits?

Has my deductible been met?

What is my co-pay?

What will I be responsible for paying at or after appointments?

Self-Pay or “Out of Network.”

If we do not accept your insurance, but you would still like to meet, you'd be seeing us as "out of network providers." In this case, we will provide you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible partial reimbursement. The same applies for self-pay clients. You will be responsible for payment at the time of service.
